Liability Cap
In the event that a competent judicial authority finds Emoro liable for any direct damages despite these disclaimers, the total cumulative liability of the corporate entity shall be strictly capped and limited to the precise monetary amount paid by the consumer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
The user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emoro from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the user's violation of these Terms of Service or the improper administration of the products to their pets.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby Emoro provides products or services, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or relating to platform usage, terms interpretation, or product consumption shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India, expressly waiving any jurisdictional objections.
